NETWORK API SERVICE SPECIFIC TERMS - Carrier Lookup & Carrier Verification

Article 1 - FOREWORD

To use the Network API Service, you must fully agree to these Specific Terms, which incorporate the General Terms by reference. In case of discrepancies, these Specific Terms take precedence.

Article 2 - DEFINITIONS

• "End User Data": Data listed in Appendix A, which may be provided to you and your Business Customer under these Terms. Only validated data in the form provided by Orange should be submitted.
• "MSISDN": The mobile phone number of the End User with an Orange subscription.
• "Orange Account Holder": The End User with a non-professional Orange subscription for personal use, including:
  • Mobile Orange subscriptions
  • Bundle subscriptions (Mobile + Internet)
  • Internet subscriptions

Article 3 - RELIABILITY OF SHARED INFORMATION ON END USERS

The End User Data transmitted is declared by the Orange Account Holder. Orange does not guarantee the accuracy of this data.

Article 4 - YOUR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for the Network API Service, you must meet these conditions:

• No suspension or termination of the Terms in the past year due to breach.
• All amounts owed to Orange are paid.
• No attempt of fraud against Orange.
• Compliance with Orange Group’s ethical and compliance policies, especially regarding anti-corruption, money laundering, and sanctions.

If these conditions are no longer met, Orange may terminate the Terms as per Section 13 of the General Terms.

Article 5 - TARIFF CONDITIONS

The rates are specified in Appendix C:

• Price per call: 0.002 euro

2. Specific Conditions for Carrier Lookup and Carrier Verification Service

• Objective: Carrier Lookup and Carrier Verification (the Service) both retrieving the network ID (MCC+MNC) for a given mobile phone number.
• Data Provided:
  • networkId: Provides the Network Identifier as MCC (E.164 Mobile Country Code) concatenated with the MNC (Mobile Network Code). Format is 5 or 6 digits.
• Use and Retention:
  • End User Data cannot be retained by you unless explicitly agreed.
  • You may retain transfer-related information for record-keeping and audits.

Appendix B - TECHNICAL CONDITIONS

Data Fields Sent to Orange

• RequestId - registration of the transaction transmitted by Your Business Customer to You.
• AgreggatorTransactionId - randomly generated number so that You can track the transaction.
• Your Business Customer name - to ascertain whom the identifiers were transferred to.
• MSISDN - to confirm the subscriber who has been authenticated.
• ConsentID - code for obtaining authorization from the User.
• Date/Time - time stamp of the request (or response) transaction.
• StatusCode - success/failure.
• ReasonCode - if necessary, reason for the transaction’s failure (non-existent, user auth. failure, etc.).

Service Quality

• Response time: less than 2 second in 95% of cases
• Incident availability: 95%
• Disaster recovery: 96%
